Had dinner with family at Woodlands and they welcome us with open arms. Great service even during the first week, decoration, lighting, restrooms and ambiance all above the high level for any Desi restaurant in this area. Menu is perfect, something for everyone. Service was awesome and owner Anand Poojary and manager treated us like a family, it was very accommodating. Will be back again and again since it the best thing happened in Montgomery County! There will so much fun during spring and summer when outdoor seating opens up…..

Excellent food and service. We had a party of 9. Everything was delivered hot and fresh in a timely manner. So glad they are in Gburg. Will visit again soon.

Woodlands is like vegetarian paradise in Montgomery county Maryland (30 minutes from DC). I have been eating here for the past 20+ years and closing out the Langley park restaurant in 2020, put a huge dent in our dining out experience.

Best place to eat and friendly staff! Everyone should visit. Can’t wait to come back 😍

I loved the food and service at Woodlands! The mirchi and thali were authentic and delicious. I’m so happy the experience, food, and owner are the same from Woodlands in College Park, now with a more spacious and beautifully decorated place! Can’t wait to come back again in the future.

Had a awesome experience in this spot with my son. The food arrived quickly and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are affordable.

This is an old favorite for Indian vegetarian foodies that used to be based out of the Silver Spring area. The shopping complex they were located in was repurposed and they closed down. For a while they tried being a delivery only restaurant with no physical location, but that did not work out well. Last week they opened up in Gaithersburg, much to the delight of their previous patrons.

Sub-par food. We ordered two Thalis and what we got is mini cups of Subzi instead of thalis as we know. And the naan was dry, when we ordered roti. This is good if you are a non-Indian. Will definitely not recommend or be coming here.

I have been visiting this place from a long time. It still maintains its taste. It serves nice south Indian food. Its North Indian cuisine is also equally good. But this place is known for its South Indian cuisine. Its a pure vegetarian restaurant. It has been running since a long time now. The rasmalai is good here. Try it if you have a sweet tooth.

Good food and great service! All the staff was very polite and attentive. The food was fresh and authentic tasting. The dosas tasted great, the idli was dry, wouldn't recommend that, my son loves paneer makhani, that was good too. Will definitely be going back soon!
